The mindless chatter of ones brain, is the only thing keeping said brain from truly functioning at full capacity. The only way to clear my head of the mindless chatter is through music.
You were a child
Crawling on your knees toward it
Making momma so proud,
But your voice is too loud
We like to watch you laughing,
You pick the insects off plants
No time to think of consequences
Control yourself
Take only what you need from it
A family of trees wanted
To be haunted
Control yourself
Take only what you need from it
A family of trees wanted
To be haunted
The water is warm
But it’s sending me shivers
A baby is born
Crying out for attention
The memories fade
Like looking through a fogged mirror
Decision to decisions are made
And not bought,
But I thought this wouldn’t hurt a lot.
I guess not
Control yourself
Take only what you need from it
A family of trees wanted
To be haunted
Control yourself
Take only what you need from it
A family of trees wanted
To be haunted

Driving
Well, i spent the last 4 hours with a semi-maniacal drivers ed teacher. 2 of which were spent in a 2000 Dodge Intrepid. I was the first student to drive it. First, however, I spent 10 minutes finding the seat belts (which were hidden in the seat crack) for the observers in the back seat. When the brake is applied, the whole car shakes, but other than that, it was a DAMN smooth ride. Too long to be spent being taught drivers ed, andtoo long without eating, but I'll survive =D

Moonlight
After a full day's worth of hiking through beautiful forests and epic landscapes, stopping at incredible cliff edges and peering off into the seemingly endless horizon, and gazing at the fantastic wildlife, I set up my camp in a small clearing. It was almost dark, so I worked quickly to set up my sleeping arrangement and campfire. I made and ate a small bowl of spaghetti noodles, and just as the sun dipped beneath the distant mountains, my eyes shut. 4 hours later I awoke to a bright, shining light. A huge white orb was directly over my head, and around it were millions of small white dots. The full moon was so bright that I took a long midnight hike. It was so bright, that it was almost as if it was daylight. It was the kind of moonlight that you'd find in a film, and reflecting on the entire day in the wilderness, the most incredible thing I had seen was that giant glowing white orb in the pitch black sky.
